WE ALL HAVE MENTAL HEALTH

The transition from Secondary to Higher Education and our time at university will pose many challenges for all of us in different ways, whether it be living away from family for the first time or managing your time effectively to establish a work-life balance.

Recognising when you might be going through a time of difficulty and knowing when and how to act upon this can seem impossible and often too easy to put-off. Therefore, it is vital to highlight the importance of mental health and where to go for help and guidance.
